The TPS60130PWPG4 step-up, regulated charge pump devices produce a 5-V 4% output voltage from a 2.7-V to 5.4-V input voltage. This dc switching regulator's output current is 300 mA. To achieve high efficiency over a wide input voltage range, the charge pump automatically selects a 1.5 or doubler conversion mode. All ICs can begin with full load current from a 3-V input.
