The FPF2024/5/6/7 are low RDS(ON) P-Channel MOSFET load switches with 150mA typical current limit value targeting small package load switch applications.
The extended input voltage range spans from 1.6V to 5.5V to fulfill todays Ultra Portable Devices supply requirements. Switch control is by a logic input (ON) capable of interfacing directly with a low voltage control signal.
