It has an adjustable output type with a 400mA (switch) current output. It is packaged in a Digi-ReelR Alternate Packaging and has a minimum input voltage of 3.1V. It is housed in a SOIC-Narrow-8 package and has an operating temperature range of -40°C.
Features of the LM5002MAX/NOPB include a wide input voltage range of 3.1V to 40V, a wide output voltage range of 0.8V to 40V, a high efficiency of up to 95%, and a low quiescent current of only 10µA. It also has a low shutdown current of 0.1µA, a fast transient response, and a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
